KESAir ACS 50 Air Purifier

Slingshot worked with KesAir to improve the design of their product line. Design objectives included easy assembly, optimized materials cost, and easy serviceability. Through several brainstorms and concept refinements, a design was developed that would accomplish the client's objectives in a cost-efficient manner. Two product lines were taken to prototype levels, while the ACS 50 was taken to pilot production level. FDA level documentation was maintained for all three product lines.

Designing within strict parameters, and working with several partners to coordinate FDA compliant documentation, presented numerous challenges for the Slingshot team. Slingshot's solutions to these challenges led to product line improvements that exceeded the client's expectations.
